The Van Cortlandt Titans are pleased to announce the recipient of the 2022 President’s Scholarship, Darryl Jack Jr. He graduated from the School of Excellence in the Bronx and is starting his first semester of college at SUNY Buffalo State College where he plans to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies.

While wearing the number 25, he was awarded 2019 Team Defensive Rookie of the Year, named to the 2019 NYCYFL All-Star team, and a contributor to the 2019 NYCYFL Championship victory.

Jack Jr. shared appreciation to the the team by saying, “Thank you guys, being a Titan has been one of the best things to happen to me, so it’s only right I carry that blue blood wit me”.

- In 2019, recovered a fumble for a Touchdown
- In Spring 2021, recovered a fumble for a Touchdown against the rivaled Queens Falcons
- In Fall 2021, scored 2 Receiving Touchdowns with a total of 4 Catches and 33 Yards
