Register for the Fall 2021 season

Returning players from Spring 2021 season: $200; New players: $350

To register:

  • Download the four Registration documents here
  • New players only: Complete the online registration here
  • New players only: Print out the 2021 Titans Signature Packet. Read it with your parent and and sign in every yellow highlighted place.
  • New players only: Print out the Covid19 waiver and have a parent sign it.
  • All players: Read the Concussion Management document with a parent. No signature is necessary.
  • All players: Pay the full fee by giving a check or money order (no cash) to Coach Ray Mack. You can also pay via Zelle by sending the fee to 917-797-2910. If your family can’t pay the full fee at once, print out the Payment Plan document and have a parent discuss with Coach Ray Mack. He and your parent will sign it. A minimum of $100 must be paid in order to receive equipment.

No equipment will be handed out until all registration material listed above and the fee/payment plan is collected.

The Program is directed by a group of seasoned football leaders who are committed to imparting knowledge of life through football and the importance of lifelong learning and humanity, in a safe environment.

Former Titans quarterback, Familia joins the staff as Vice President, while completing his graduate semester in Sport Management, at the State University of New York College at Cortland (SUNY Cortland). As the Titans’ newest trustee, Familia (Coach Fam) will be assisting coaches, helping to develop and mentor players, focusing on team development, strategic planning, and enhancing and developing social media platforms.

Familia served as the Sport Management Club President which is Cortland’s largest student body organization. He has been involved with both minor and major league professionals. One of his recent programs was “Meet the Pros” where a “pro” would engage in an interview and discussion with the club members. Additionally, Familia worked as a Football Manager for the Division III Cortland Red Dragons, assisting with film, equipment and football operations.

Coach Fam is happy to be reunited with the Titans, and is looking forward to the upcoming Spring 2021 Season. He is looking to develop himself as he furthers his career in the sports industry.

Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez (District 10) attended the Van Cortlandt Titans annual awards banquet on February 1, 2020. Mr. Rodriguez spoke words of encouragement and presented a NYC Council Proclamation to the team, congratulating them on winning the New York City Youth Football League intermediate division championship.
